Dr. B Arul Senthil is a highly qualified and experienced individual with a strong academic background. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Bharathidasan Institute of Management (Autonomous), Bharathidasan University, Trichy. He also has an M.Phil. and an MBA from Bishop Heber College (Autonomous), Trichy. With over 9 years of teaching and research experience, Dr. Arul has established himself as an expert in his field. He has undergone various training programs, including T-Group from ISABS, NLP, GRC, and Appreciative Inquiry (AI), enhancing his knowledge and skills. Dr. Arul has contributed to the academic community through his research work. He has published several research papers, including one in a ‘B’ category listed journal in ABDC. Additionally, he has presented papers in both national and international conferences, showcasing his expertise and insights. His commitment to academia is further evident in his involvement in administrative roles. Dr. Arul has served as a member of the Board of Studies for the Department of Business Administration (MBA) at Bishop Heber College. He has also been a panelist for the CEDI, National Institute of Technology, Trichy, participating in the Incubatee selection program for two consecutive years. To enhance his professional skills, Dr. Arul completed a Professional Certificate Program on “HR Management and Analytics” from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. Outside of academia, Dr. Arul is an accomplished chess player. He holds the remarkable achievement of winning the consecutive chess championship of Bharathidasan University five times. He has also participated in the Commonwealth Chess Championship 2012 held in Chennai, showcasing his talents beyond the academic sphere.
