Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver compelling online content covering a variety of business management topics, adhering to our curriculum and learning objectives.
• Utilize various multimedia elements like simulations, case studies, and interactive exercises to create dynamic learning experiences for a diverse range of learners.
• Craft clear and concise explanations of business management principles, ensuring learners with varying backgrounds can grasp the material effectively.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to guarantee course accuracy, practical application, and real-world relevance.
• Participate in the ongoing review and improvement of existing business management course content.
• Respond to learner questions and concerns in a timely and helpful manner, fostering a supportive learning environment.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices within the ever-evolving business landscape.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in explaining business concepts to a general audience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create engaging and interactive online content (a plus).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies.
• Passion for business and a desire to empower others to achieve their professional goals.
• Proficiency in using online learning platforms is preferred.
