Dr. Muhammad Fattah bin Fazel is a distinguished academic and researcher, currently serving as the Research Manager (Innovation and Commercialization) and Lecturer at KPJ Healthcare University, Malaysia. With a Ph.D. in Pharmacy from Universiti Kuala Lumpur, he has built a strong academic foundation backed by a Master’s in Chemical Engineering Technology and a Bachelor’s in Biomedical Science. Dr. Fattah’s career is marked by a unique integration of academic rigor and real-world impact, particularly in the fields of neuropharmacology, molecular therapeutics, and retinal neuroprotection.
Known for his dedication to excellence in both research and teaching, Dr. Fattah has contributed significantly to curriculum development and student mentorship at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He actively fosters innovation in healthcare education, translating scientific research into commercially viable solutions. As a part-time lecturer at UiTM, he extends his impact across academic institutions, nurturing the next generation of biomedical scientists and pharmacists.
His research has been widely recognized, with publications in high-impact journals such as Frontiers in Neuroscience, Frontiers in Pharmacology, PLOS One, and IJERPH. Dr. Fattah also serves as a reviewer for several international journals and has received multiple national and international awards for innovation and research excellence.
